Overview
An event being sent when the user enters or exits full screen mode.
Currently this event is only generated in the WXOSX/Cocoa port when TopLevelWindow#enable_full_screen_view is enabled and the user the user enters or exits full screen. Note that this event is not generated when TopLevelWindow#show_full_screen.
